Job Description
Experienced Architectural Technologist required for the Kent office of a large UK commercial firm.
The firm specialise in contemporary architectural design of educational, commercial, residential and manufacturing projects in the UK and overseas.
The successful candidate will have experience of leading projects from Stage 3 onwards. They must be CAD proficient understand BIM and able to undertake project administration and co-ordination task as well as design and technical work.
Office based but some WFH after probation. Preferred location, South London North West Kent/East Surrey.
Good team player, three to five years recent UK project experience at minimum.
Salary c£35 to 42K per annum, depending on experience. Must have own transport.
