Architectural Project Manager
Job Description
An international firm are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic architectural project manager in their London office. The right candidate will have extensive experience of managing large complex projects, lead a team to oversee effective delivery and work closely with the client/end user.
The role will be working on many large new build projects mainly in the further education, life sciences and healthcare sectors. Experience of these building types is required.
The successful candidate will head team of five to ten staff, plan and develop project programmes work with teams of other consultants, draft documentation and input sound architectural principles to the project progress.
The right person will have come up the architectural route but moved into the project management arena, This is NOT a graduate job and candidates must have relevant experience of commercial, life science and healthcare projects at this level.
