Job Description
A specialist firm focusing on residential developments require an experienced person with a background in architecture and developer housing.
This may suite someone who started out in private practice but went on to design/technical management roles, but now wishes to return to architecture. The firm is a small but profitable business who now need a new layer of senior management to progress.
This could be an architect or an architectural technician with residential experience. The successful candidate must be technically competent and be able to produce and manage packages of working drawings for both bespoke houses of 8 to 10000 sq. feet and estates of up to 40 houses.
This is a career opportunity for someone looking to grow their responsibilities as a 'number two' in the firm with a view to negotiating co-ownership in the future. Salary is negotiable depending on experience up to £70K. Location Rochester Kent.
